*How to order?*

Ordering on our website is very fast and easy! You just have to follow these steps:
Select the product and the quantity you want and add it to the shopping cart;
Confirm and proceed to Checkout;
Fill a simple form with billing address and/or shipping address; choose the shipping method and the payment method and place the order.

*How can you track the order?*

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing shipping details, like tracking number, expected delivery date, link to the tracking page and any other additional information.

*How can you know if we ship to your country?*

We offer worldwide shipping which means you can place the order on our website and we will deliver it to you, whatever country you are in except injectables. We are currently unable to fulfill international shipment for injections…

*How can you be sure that your order was placed successfully?*

After your order is registered in our system and the payment successfully received, we will send you an automatic order confirmation e-mail with your order number and details that you provided during Checkout.
Please allow some time for the e-mail to arrive and always remember to check your SPAM folder, as sometimes your mailing system might forward it there. If you did not receive the confirmation e-mail, please contact us with the details about your order. It may be caused by the fact that the e-mail address you have provided during checkout is incorrect or that your order was not placed successfully and either way, we are happy to help you.

*How to get information about the product or a recommendation?*

With a dedicated team of skincare experts and Nutritionists who receive regular courses and trainings we provide accurate information about each product on our website. We are committed to making sure that every item listed at Gimigimoraskin has an accurate description and instructions of use. Descriptions of the products are created based only on confirmed information. In case of any doubts or questions, we always get in touch with the brand.
Our skincare experts and nutritionists are available to offer professional advice or explain some issues regarding products or ingredients. Don’t hesitate to contact us!
If you would like to receive a recommendation, in order for our specialist to find product(s) that suit you the best, please provide the following information while contacting us:
skin type (oily, combination, dry, normal);
skin sensitivity;
concerns you wish to correct;
preferred brands, if any;
current routine;
products you wish me to recommend( this usually comes with a charge)

*What is the estimated delivery time?*

Delivery time depends on the destination country and state and the shipping method you choose: We currently use DHL EXPRESS DELIVERY for international shipments and local courier services for delivery within Nigeria.

We also provide Cargo courier services for bulk orders. At the Checkout page, after choosing the country that you want your order to be shipped to, the delivery time will be automatically visible, nevertheless Deliveries outside Nigeria takes 5 to 7 days after dispatch, Deliveries within Nigeria take between 24 to 72 hours after Dispatch.

Once the payment is confirmed, we do our best to make sure the orders are shipped within 1 to 2 working days for international shipments, And within 24 hours for deliveries within Nigeria.

Please keep in mind that delivery time should be used as a guide only and that it is counted from the moment of dispatch. GIMIGIMORA SKIN cannot take responsibility for delays caused by customs clearance, lack of documentation, issues independent of us.

Some countries have tightened customs restrictions on import shipments, which can lead to delays in delivery.

*Returns*

All Sale is final. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 14 days from the date of purchase. Returns that are defective will not receive credit for shipping costs inbound or outbound.

*The product you want to buy is “Out of Stock”?*

We are sorry but usually, we do not know when exactly certain products will be back in stock.

However, you can backorder ( pre-order) for any item indicated as eligible for BackOrder. You will then be notified when it is available. BackOrders take 14 to 21 days.
